Accessibility statement

Our commitment
Transmedia wants every delegate to be able to learn with us, regardless of disability. We comply with the Equality Act 2010 and aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA for this website. Below is what that looks like in practice; if you need anything we've missed, please email [email protected].
Our training centre
- Step-free access to the building and all teaching rooms.
- Accessible ground-floor WC.
- Quiet break-room available for delegates who need it.
Assistive software
Our PC and Mac workstations come with standard OS-level accessibility tools (VoiceOver, Narrator, Zoom, high-contrast modes). We can pre-install other assistive software you need (e.g. ZoomText, JAWS, Dragon) if you let us know at least 5 working days before the course.
This website
We design for keyboard navigation, sufficient colour contrast and meaningful image alt-text. Known issues:
- Some legacy course pages have placeholder hero images (being progressively replaced).
- The video testimonials section embeds YouTube/Vimeo - accessibility is governed by those platforms' own players. Transcripts can be requested via email.
Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email [email protected]. We aim to respond within 5 working days and to fix issues within a month.
